The women’s group is an open, multicultural meeting place whereinclusion and well-being for women of all ages is the main focus. It is a good arena for practicingNorwegian, building networks, getting to know other cultures, andhaving fun. All women, regardless of age and background, are most welcome to join the activities.

Activity plan Spring 2026

January 13: Information from the Library and Kulturhuset (Sola kulturhus, 13-15).

January 27: Walk and Talk. Local cafe visit with introduction to Ukrainian chocolate making (City Hall Café).

February 5: Film screening at 13.00-14.45

February 10: Handicraft workshop/knitting cafe (Sola kulturhus 13-15).

February 24: Dialogue Meeting with South — West Police District on Cyber Fraud

(Sola Kulturhus 13-15).

March 10: We celebrate Women's Day and make macrons (Sola Kulturhus 13-15).

March 24: Spring and Easter activities (Sola kulturhus 13-15).

April 7: Exchange day (Sola Kulturhus 13-15).

April 16: Film screening from 13.00-15.00

April 21: Cultural exchange. We teach traditional Norwegian food in collaboration with Sola Bygdevinnelag (The Local of Sola Bygdevinnelag).

May 5: We celebrate May 17 (Sola Kulturhus 13-15).

May 19: Walk and Talk. Trip to the daytrip hut in Hålandsmarka (Dagsturhytta).

June 2: Cultural exchange. Share a piece of your culture (Sola kulturhus, 13-15).

June 16: We celebrate International Yoga Day (Sola Kulturhus, Exhibition Hall).

June 30: Closing party.
