Sola and Norway now hold the new record in winter bathing with a total of 3134 bathers who managed to stand waist-deep in the water for the full minute needed to take the Guinness World Record. Bathers from Sola, from the region and with visitors from the country, stood up and contributed to the setting of the world record for winter bathing in Sola in the trendy and historic destination, Ølberg harbour.
Sola has many beautiful beaches and many opportunities to swim and to do water activities all year round.
